'07 GMC Yukon XL

With extra power and better performance, the 2007 GMC Yukon XL is a huge improvement over the earlier models of this extra-large SUV range manufactured by GMC. In fact, the 2007 make of the Yukon XL does stretch the “extra-large” bit a little further – at least so far as the wheelbase is concerned.

The 2007 GMC Yukon XL offers two improved versions of the V8 engines provided with earlier makes. The V8 with a displacement capacity of 5.3 liters generates around 320hp, while the one with a displacement of 6.2 liters can take the power to a distinctly higher mark of 380hp. Interestingly enough, the latter engine is inspired by that of the acclaimed Chevrolet Corvette sports car – perhaps an indication of how incredible the output can be.

The highway mileage for the 2007 Yukon XL has improved to around 21mpg. Other features like multiple airbags, ABS and the Stabilitrac traction control system are also provided.
