'08 GMC Yukon XL

The 2008 Yukon XL is literally the maximum one can expect from an SUV – not just in terms of performance and accommodation, but also the additional attribute that the ‘XL’ tag comes with – extra size. The 2008 model of the Yukon XL comes in two separate trims levels – the standard XL and the XL Denali.

The 2008 GMC Yukon XL offers two different engines to choose from in its standard model. The 5.3-liter V8 provides a better highway mileage (19mpg) than its 6.0-liter counterpart (having a highway mileage of around 17mpg). Both engines come with a four-wheel drive or a two-wheel drive.

The 2008 GMC Yukon XL has increased space inside the fuselage as well. Apart from additional seating space for its passengers, the '08 Yukon XL has increased luggage space between its three spacious rows of seats.

Safety features include the Stabilitrac, the ABS and multiple airbags, improving the stability of the vehicle despite its length.
